Success Signature was born of the desire to help people realize their full potential and live more fulfilled lives. By so doing people would be more motivated and have a focused approach toward their responsibilities.
It was also motivated by the realization that traditional training programs have been too ‘book oriented’ thus denying the trainee a practical approach to their job role.
Research has indicated that the percentage of knowledge retained and applied varies from 5%, when knowledge is acquired through hearing, to 80% when it is acquired through self-learning.
It is due to this very low percentage of applicable knowledge inherent in most training programs that we apply the concept of Action Centered Experiential Learning (ACEL) model which embraces facilitated shared learning as opposed to training.
Every human being has potential for greatness. Doesn’t a hen come from the egg and doesn’t a forest come from the seed? In every human being there is a seed for unlimited greatness.
Excellence in performance is never an accident. It’s a conscious and sustained effort to love what one does. Many employees are not intimately engaged in their job because they still hold the attitude of ‘working for’ the organization. They do not realize that their employer is only a NEST on which to incubate their egg called life (dreams and aspirations).
